Palm Sunday Hand Palms

Goal: discuss Palm Sunday and Christ's triumpant entrance to Jerusalem

Materials: Green paper (or white paper with green accents), glue or tape, scissors, pencil, wooden stick

 

Instructions:

1)  Trace your hands onto the paper several times--roughly 8 - 10 times.

2)  Use the scissors to cut out your hands.

3)  Attach the hands to the wooden stick using either glue or tape.

4)  Make sure to alternate the direction and sides where you glue the hands to create a palm leaf.

5)  Read and discuss the Bible verses below on Jesus' grand entrance into Jerusalem.
